Wow.. you don't look like someone that could do 400 lbs x9 dl.

Thats insane, very gz lifts.

You don't have to look strong to be strong.

Size and strength are two completely different things, I thought you knew this? :/

True, I've just never seen someone of small weight have such a high deadlift. Could just be because my legs are weaker and always have been. I have yet to even put up 395 on dead even once. 375 is my max =\

And my Squats are still rather pathetic.. workin on em tho.

Trust me john if I had a video camera at hand i'd happily take a couple vids.

Especially event vids since none of you here do that stuff :P

This summer i'll be able to get a bunch of farmer's walk videos or heavy farmer's walk starts (helps explosiveness and it kind of like a deadlift)

But for now, here's a vid of me when I was 18 or 19, I can't quite remember.

You'll notice the extra chub on the belly, the smaller legs and the lack of control I had on those legs during bench press, rofl. I just looked at it again and chuckled. No arched back, just pure raw bench.

That was at 18/19? Lol.. Jeebus.

You're the only person I know that does bicycles while benching 400 lbs.. Mad skill.

Don't you enjoy my air biking?

I had no idea I had to keep my legs on the ground and push to stay still back then. So I just contracted my abs really hard and had legs spinning around.
