We decided to drill a metal angle iron to it in the dark of the night.
Unfortunately the very edge of the iron bent up a bit so when I slid

I had never actually seen the damage until these pictures now.
I expected worse for how bad it bled.


I have a lot of work ahead of me, but by the end of the year I'm gonna have
my walk around weight maximized to the fullest.

I'm actually in my first real bulking phase,
so I'm surprised it has any definition at all.
Then again, I am doing an extremely clean bulk.


I'm in the same boat, first bulking phase by going clean. The definition will go away when you hit higher weight numbers though tongue.gif my abs are going away slowly.

I grew up poor, so my diet was really shitty.
Usually 2 sorta meals a day, so I was always a real
small guy.
Around 18 I managed to keep myself around 153-155, and
I've been there ever since.

I still plan to fight at 155, but I'm probably gonna carry myself
around 170 if at all possible.

But I've got a lot of changes coming up in my life, so I'm not sure
if competing in the ring will be in my future.

Either way, I'd be happy with 9-10% bf at 170-175.
I really need to find out what my bf% is now actually.
I'm sure it wont be hard to find out once I get to Hood.

what kind of fighting are u getting into? i dont know, i just don think ur that tough of a guy lol
maybe stick to skating?

I don't skate anymore.
When I had that bail I hadn't skated in over a year,
was really just trying to hang out and wanted to see if
I could still step up.

And I've been cross training Muay Thai with BJJ for quite a while now.
I'm weakest with the MT side of it, but my ground game more than makes up for it.

As far as toughness goes, you know nothing about me.

Go get high and keep getting softer.

Either way, this thread isn't the place for discussing my hobbies, if you wanna talk more,
PM me. I wanna keep this thread open for it's original intention.

I haven't been 140 in years man.
But I stay around 164 dry now, but that's
only going up from here.

And yeah, I recognize that I am a small 164, but that's
gonna change. I'm putting in the work. I so badly wish I had
some pictures from two months ago.

The change was amazing.

Im more concerned about using my body for function than flash,
so I'm okay with some people thinking I look smaller than I am.
If I was gonna put up e-stats, my 1RM DL and Squat I posted in my thread would
sure be a lot higher haha. It's all about progress and hard work for me.

But thanks for stickin up for me any way.
