Would you agree that much of medical knowledge is unproven?
That our bodies and illnesses are too complex to fully grasp?

much of medical knowledge of external caused problems is firmly understood....but much of medical knowledge of internal caused problems is NOT understood whatsoever.

the difference being...

external - wounds, traumas, poisons, etc.

internal - cancers, genetic diseases, immune system problems, etc.

i need to cut down from 176 to 163 or less for a wrestling tournament in 8 days, what's the best way to achieve this?

1. NO SALT - literally ZERO sodium diet.

2. DISTILLED WATER ONLY - NOTHING ELSE TO DRINK! (buy at grocery store, 1 gal per day)

3. Cut down your carbs (carbs only for breakfast...after that, all protein and fat)

4. Reduce caloric intake to 500 cal less than you are taking in now

5. Drink 2 cups of coffee every morning or take 3 gat jet fuel every morning

6. Do 1 hour of cardio EXTRA per day in addition to your regular routine (EVERY DAY for a FULL week)

7. Take at least 10g fiber supplements per day

8. The day of the weight in, DONT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING prior to the weight in (at least 12 hours in advance)


DO NOT DO THESE FOR REGULAR FAT LOSS!! THESE ARE EXTREME ONLY FOR SPORTS WEIGH INS AND SHOULD NOT BE CARRIED OUT FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK.

1g every hour of being awake, and 2g before going to bed.

also take multivitamins (double the regular dose)

and drink plenty of fluids (HOT green tea preferably with lots of lemon)

eat chicken soup...a shitload of it...piping hot...add extra Cheyenne pepper for more power

take an immune support supplement like NOW! Immune Renew

Take Cold-Eez losenges (which also provides additional zinc and so forth)

lastly, try to salinate your sinuses and throat. Mix a large cup of water with salt (preferably sea salt) until its salty to taste but without burning. Then snort the salt water up each nostril a few times and hack it up and spit it out (dont swallow the water). Next, you can try a nettipot and use that to cleanse your sinuses. tap water?? I said Distilled Water....that can be purchased at the grocery store as I mentioned.........


sample diet??? you dont need a sample diet.....I said no carbs after ur 2nd meal...but if you really insist....


meal 1 - 1 cup oatmeal + 3 eggs

meal 2 - 1 can tuna + crackers + veggies

meal 3 - 1 chicken breast + broccoli

meal 4 - 1 steak + green beans

meal 5 - protein shake (if you dont have protein shakes, go for some turkey or chicken with a veggie)

meal 6 - cottage cheese and/or mixed nuts
