1. NO SALT - literally ZERO sodium diet.
2. DISTILLED WATER ONLY - NOTHING ELSE TO DRINK! (buy at grocery store, 1 gal per day)
3. Cut down your carbs (carbs only for breakfast...after that, all protein and fat)
4. Reduce caloric intake to 500 cal less than you are taking in now
5. Drink 2 cups of coffee every morning or take 3 gat jet fuel every morning
6. Do 1 hour of cardio EXTRA per day in addition to your regular routine (EVERY DAY for a FULL week)
7. Take at least 10g fiber supplements per day
8. The day of the weight in, DONT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING prior to the weight in (at least 12 hours in advance)
DO NOT DO THESE FOR REGULAR FAT LOSS!! THESE ARE EXTREME ONLY FOR SPORTS WEIGH INS AND SHOULD NOT BE CARRIED OUT FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK.
