You might want to try a program using linear progression so you can track progress effectively. You may be pleasantly surprised if you put yourself in the mindset that you HAVE to increase by that 5% as your program dictates, and strength will equate to size with proper eating. You will notice if you're squatting heavy, you may find yourself fatigued quickly, but if you push hard, focus on breathing and technique, you can get those extra reps.
