Here's the squat

402 @ 177  pretty much ass to grass.

nice depth on that squat!
But seeing as your competing, would it be good to work on not going more than 1-2cm below parallel at most?
Because here you're going like 5+cm below it seems, and that means you should have been able to lift more weight?

Maybe but I don't think it's a good Idea to change my form as it is the way I feel comfortable.

As long I am still making Pr's and squatting pain free (which is pretty nice with my knee problems) it's pointless for me to change the way I train.

I see that. I guess it's better to go lower if you can (better training effect) anyways!

Also spotters/judges said I had the best depth of the QPF/CPU (division of IPF) and some of the best squat form. I'm making a name out there. ;)

Backs been holding up so i'm squatting consistently now. Been doing 185x5-8 for the past few times. This day I think I put on 205 for 3, felt good so tried this 225. Before this day, never put on more than 185.
Any critiques? Working on my depth & flexibility currently so hoping to get lower than this. Also elbows.. what's proper positioning for them? More downward instead or back?
