Bench: 117.5/125/
132.5 kg (259/275/
292 lb) Went up but got 2 red light for downward motion because my wrists bended before the lockout.
Dead: 200/212.5/
222.5 kg (441/468/
492 lb) Crap
Total: 520 kg/1146 lb (+ 2.5kg/5 lb) Not counting the bench press

At 80.3 kg/177 lb
So compared to my last comp December 7th
Squat:
+ 7.5 kg/~17 lbBench:
-2.5 kg/~5 lb (But in fact I increased by
5 kg/~11 lb)
Deadlift:
