Not making a topic for this one

Meet Result.

Squat: 160/172.5/182.5 kg (352/380/402 lb) 7.5 kg Pr and first squat over 400
Bench: 117.5/125/132.5 kg (259/275/292 lb) Went up but got 2 red light for downward motion because my wrists bended before the lockout.
Dead: 200/212.5/222.5 kg (441/468/492 lb) Crap

Total: 520 kg/1146 lb (+ 2.5kg/5 lb) Not counting the bench press :(
At 80.3 kg/177 lb

So compared to my last comp December 7th
Squat: + 7.5 kg/~17 lb
Bench: -2.5 kg/~5 lb (But in fact I increased by 5 kg/~11 lb)
Deadlift: -2.5 kg/~5 lb

Good then I guess right? That's 28lbs more.

What's up with the wrists bending? Does it make it a null lift?

Yeah, there's a bunch of technical stuff on the bench. You have to be in complete control.

I'd say hybrid squat(looks like high bar but with bar below traps and stance is semi-wide)
