You first

Joe I'm sure you've tried everything for sleep, but melatonin is nice. It doesn't knock you out (some people may respond differently) but I used it for several weeks and took it like my doctor recommended, upping the dose every few days/weeks. It actually helps the body to reset your sleeping schedule.

Sleepy time tea (chamomile) is also nice. Benadryl or anything that has diphenhydramine can also make you drowsy. Have you tried anything from your doctor, like ambien? I know there are antidepressants (SNRI/SSRI) that, as a side-effect, make you sleepy. Remeron is one that I know of that is recommended to take at night as it makes you sleepy. Benzodiazepines, short acting ones like Xanax (alprazolam) can and WILL knock you out.

What is it that keeps you awake? Restlessness, racing thoughts, can't get comfortable? I've told you before, only go in your room or wherever your bed is at when you plan to sleep. Don't look at your phone when you're in bed trying to sleep and don't get on the computer at least an hour before trying to sleep. Reading a book (not on your phone or tablet) in a dim lit room, preferably dark with a small lamp for light! Warm milk also helps some people relax before bed!

My go to for sleep is super basic but works like a charm. Take a SUPER hot shower/soak in the tub (Epsom salts are Gucci if you go the bath route). Find you some dank porn for after and bust a fatty nut or two. You can thank me later.

For anyone that took the time to read this lengthy post, you're in luck: BellaBrookz. Dat ass is fucking out of this mother fucking world. Wood wife.
