rib really hurt after the weekend, so today I just did my bench and skipped squats and deads

Good idea! btw if the weight you are using for singles is ~85% i'd increase to 6-8x1. I'd do 10-12x1 if it's between 70-80% (most likely on day 1)

There's posts from 2013 about you talking about it. Tool two seconds to smash as far back as it would allow and there you were!

that wasn't regular lifting, I didn't start lifting properly until feb last year

Him n balla got the flu in 2013 and were pretty busy with study in july 2014 for this exam so rhey dont count those years

finished my deads today 305 10x1 then did some hypertrophy stuff, still can't squat. Probably just do leg press etc for the next 2 weeks or so

how much do you weigh and what are your lifts at now? its 31 pages deep i cant rely on page one for information. just curious.

165lbs

E1rms currently are

Squat 303
Dead 395
Bench 207

Currently can't squat but going for bench and deadlift prs today
