Wrist will always stay under 100%, tore the ligaments a total of 3 times, lol :| I just work hard to keep my deadlift moving up

I've put a few videos up here, and a few on fitocracy, next squat day I will see if I can get a good angle that doesn't have an awkward tilt and bad lighting haha

But impressive lift, I am gonna guess you're around 210?

Around 200. 203 this morning. Depends on the day. Not worried about cutting as much. I try to eat in a deficit but I don't get my shit uptight about it. I want to lift heavy weights far more than I want to see a six pack.

Same club, I am not saying I don't care what I look like at all, but I enjoy lifting heavy objects up and putting them down, the weight will come off naturally in the summer when I start running again

Lol, I still care what I look like but I am more than satisfied with how I look for the time being. Putting on extra weight on the bar every week for sure > cutting down a few more lbs.

Besides, with where I am at, I could finish my cut in a month and be where I would like to be.

I went to hell in a hand basket when I was forced to take approx 4 months off (august till around mid december)

How can you not be an absolute monster @ that weight (Inb4peoplesaystrength=/=size just like every time I mention it. I get it fagrars :lol: )

But for real, you have like 40 lbs on me on squat and atleast 30 on my bench. Maybe 40. :O

I had a problem with long term effects due to a serious concussion and previous incidents, I was forced to completely stop lifting and exerting myself for close to 4 months (where I lost my mind all together)

Haha.

I'm only 261, and its all concentrated in my gut, ty football

Oh, these numbers and 200 lbs were before all this? Sorry to hear that m9. Best to lay off those concussions. I had one minor one. Sucks ass. Lol
