The actual problem is illustrated very well by this thread. Guns aren't the issue so much as scores of woefully uneducated morons who remain convinced the political viewpoints spoonfed to them by their corporate overlords via puppet politicians are unassailable truths.

With the slow decay of Christianity as a means for the dumb massess to express their individuality we're seeing the unfortunate advent of super opinionated proles spouting political talking points they don't even understand.

The USA is a 3rd world country in so many ways now.

correct, but mental health is intangible. guns arent.

tackling the gun issue is far more feasible.

Was in Margaret river last weekend, the community is shaken to the core. I guess it’s a tiny incite into how so many towns and communities feel in America

No doubt, not taking anything away from the incident.. Its just agrivating when people place emotions before logic. Another fantastic example of people being assholes was the guy that hacked the royal marine with a machete in England.. Or the incident in Germany with the Van..

In the early 1900s, we would throw anybody in the loony bin for any reason. We began ignoring mental health in the mid 80s with the deregulation of mental health facilities. We’ve focused on tangible illness rather than mental illness.
