i likely eat as much as, or more than anyone here; there's a 99.9% chance i work harder or as hard as any of you here. I make it a priority to surround myself with not the strongest or biggest people, but the hardest working, determined people anywhere i go ( who usually end up being the strongest, biggest people, but not always.)

people who accuse me of taking steroids do nothing more than re-assure me of my success.



The only time i would consider steroids is if for some reason i became heavily involved with competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting, or strongman. My friend is currently training to do a powerlifitng meet at the Arnold in march and i see the highs and lows of them and there's no way in my mind to justify using them.

At the end of the day, you can train with whatever garbage form you want to, because you'll get results regardless since you juice. Not hating on you or your gains 😁

A lot more than you would think lmao. I know a ton of guys on gear who look like they've been lifting for maybe 6 months. Training like shit and eating like shit while taking poor cycles only gets you so far.

Op doesn’t look like he’s using or used gear to me. Maybe he did idk but his physique is definitely attainable without gear. Just be consistent with your workouts and diet and you could look like op too
