Butt lift for sure on last set of bench at least I believe, looked like your butt came off maybe a cm during your shaky leg/glute drive. When do u get your pro card?

Mirin' the DLs. 700/10. Even Ali was proud in his poster behind the bench.

Torn abs? Ffff, any timeline for a full recovery? It didn't look like you were dealing with any recent tear., so that's a good thing.

700's the end goal, i imagine it will be like getting an enigma for the first time, i still remember the feeling

Doc says will heal itself ~ 3 months if i stop rehurting it, and in the comp lead up id hurt it on average 1 x per week. Gonna try to stop that now. Literally couldn't brace for squats at all, but it doesnt seem to affect deadlift bracing. I must brace differently

You're far stronger than I am. But it's almost sad to me that this isn't impressive weight to me anymore since I'm spoiled by lifting around people with 500+ benches and 700-800+ deads :/. Kinda sucks

Grats on lifts though.

3 months (assuming partial tear) is a pretty good return time. I don't know how you avoid aggravating it even more but gz on being able to train with it.

Also don't worry about the 838 bros with suits, gear, fancy bars, wide stances, short legs and plenty of blubber helping them. It happens. That being said, 838 is a ridiculously heavy lift. My DL is atrocious and it won't be getting better soon with my recent back injuries.
