havent calculated any macros so far im not into it and id be too dumb with this, I know

globally 80 to 100 push ups every day 10 15 reps
working on abs with kettlebells, flutter kicks, regular abs,
cardio is mountain climber mostly, and a bit of biking, gave up running with this temperature outside
