havent calculated any macros so far im not into it and id be too dumb with this, I know :D
globally 80 to 100 push ups every day 10 15 reps
working on abs with kettlebells, flutter kicks, regular abs,
cardio is mountain climber mostly, and a bit of biking, gave up running with this temperature outside

kinda proud of the transformation so far, ive lost 7kgs in 2 months

@forum: im still wondering how im supposed to work on lower abs [the fat tire ive got on my belly] and the mantits, any youtube suggestion?

you can't target certain areas of fat deposits with exercise, where fat gets stored is entirely genetics. Only way to get rid of this fat is by reducing your bf% (diet + exercise)

That being said you can work on your chest and abs if you want nice asthetics when you lose the bf%

yeah if you compare the 2 months before workout picture (page 2) and now you can certainly tell I've lost fat, and my abs have been growing like crazy, thought you could target certain body modifications with certain exercice

targeting specific muscles for putting on muscle yeah, but not losing fat. anyway, putting on muscle would make fat deposits less noticeable.
