jeff is purposely only showing his traps here
comparing his trap development to his other muscles, its nothing to write home about

if traps were aesthetic youd see everyone in physique doing most muscular

People in classic physique do most muscular poses, have huge traps, and are much more aesthetic than most if not any physique competitor, I don't get the relevance.. look back at someone like Sergio Oliva who was well over 220lbs, had Huge traps, but still had a 28 inch waist come show time?

I'm not really sure why you guys keep bringing up guys who literally work on their body for about 10+ hours a day, whether it's lifting, treatment, improving flexibility, etc.

Those guys can work on upper traps because their bodies don't undergo the same type of stressed that the average person goes through. These guys don't sit for 8+ hours a day hunched over.

I was referring to the clinical setting and the average gym goer and I think that's where the disconnect was.

There are many competitors who aren't pros who don't dedicate their entire lives to working out that do amateur classic physique comps and as I said, have good sized traps aesthetically pleasing lol.

Not sure what you're trying to say.

Also the guys that you're referring to usually spend all of their free time on their body whether it's in the gym, meal prep, etc.
