last night hit a good high rep focused chest workout
today hit 20 minutes of HIIT stepper again
ate clean yesterday, ideally again today.
feeling good, the motivation is hard to maintain but i manage. once i start seeing a change in my body im sure the motivation will pick up again.
so far still look like fat slob.
