dude, you dont put on mass but your strength goes up? thats fucking amazing. Stick with that and impress people when you walk up to a 600lb DL and smash it. All will be mirin

Protein, maltodextrose, and peanut butter. Oh and milk. Easy ass mass gainer. Don't worry about sugar so much unless it's way over board which I doubt and you aren't obese of course so you don't have much to worry about.

fat has 9kcal/g vs 4 for protein and carbs
