It's true that creatine is great for gains. It also makes your poop very hard which is hard on your sphincter. It is not very good for your stomach to digest.
Scholarly research has also shown that creatine users who have balding genetic tendencies will experience more rapid balding.
Creatine is in my opinion, for the reasons above aforementioned, not the healthiest thing for a salubrious body, but can be great for your strength training and the psychology that comes with it!
