Is it worth taking on a bulk ? How often should I cycle

The evidence is becoming overwhelming that people who ingest external creatine are at higher risks of developing testicular cancer... I stopped taking creating after learning this and my gains have been just fine.

I'll add that I don't want to scare anyone out of doing anything they want to do, so use the stuff if you will. A lot of people will offer personal testimonials about how creatine amplified their progress and helped them reach their goals far faster.

It's true that creatine is great for gains. It also makes your poop very hard which is hard on your sphincter. It is not very good for your stomach to digest.

Scholarly research has also shown that creatine users who have balding genetic tendencies will experience more rapid balding.

Creatine is in my opinion, for the reasons above aforementioned, not the healthiest thing for a salubrious body, but can be great for your strength training and the psychology that comes with it!

Good luck mate.

Would like to see the research that it causes cancer. Link me.

And your poop was hard more than likely because you didn't drink enough water.
