I think im leaving the bodybuilding world for a little, changing up my training.
I'm really gunning for edmonton fire next year, and they have one of the hardest physical tests in canada.
so i'm going to abandon the weights for a while, not entirely but for the most part, and work on becoming a better overall athletic machine.
i think instead of training 1-2 hours a night at the gym, im going to train in a martial art (BJJ/Kick boxing)
basically more functional training is what im looking to get into, with a ton of cardio.
should be interesting change.

If you want to build a great athletic machine look into RUNNING, CYCLING and SWIMMING when you can.
