Well communities have a population of 100 (Wrigly or Trout Lake) - 2500(Rankin Inlet) at the highest depending on the community. So definitely less people to interact with.

But you just have to research what's in the north and you can apply via online. Stuff like imperial oil posts career opportunities. Mining Is also huge.
