Sure sorta but not 100% sure when I start my cut :) Probably December 4th ish.

Measured in at 16.5 inch biceps today (flexed), took 0.25 inches off the measurement (16.75) since I was probably slightly inaccurate. Doubtful I'll put much more size on, but can dream in the next 4 weeks I can do another 0.5 inches. Filling out a lot of smaller armed large shirts, and most mediums not fitting proper anymore (mostly shoulders, but arms also).

Your body fat is way too high to be bulking. A cut is just objectively better.

November 7, 2016.

Update: Lowered caloric intake by 400 per day, so still at about a 100-200 calorie surplus. Tapering down to maintenance in a week from now, maintaining after that for 2 weeks while I lower my training volume. Upping cardio right now. Then doing a major caloric deficit starting December 4th. Cut will last a minimum of 60 days, but I expect it to go longer. Hoping my cut won't need to last longer than 90 days. I expect I need to lose 40lbs of fat to be satisfied with my fat %, but I don't really know exactly.

100% aware I am way over the weight (fat %) I should be at.

Gains have been good in size and strength. I still need to incorporate more ab work, and I need to go harder on my leg days. Adding lunges in.

Weighing in at 232lbs, 5'10"

Not quite sure if serious, but thank you :)

I definitely do not qualify as an inspiration, but my results may be impressive if my cut goes well & I maintain muscle mass reasonably.
