Are you American? I've seen people always talking about these ridiculous hours, how do you have time for anything?? Is it really worth it, seems like the quality of life would be pretty shit at that point :/ I don't like doing more than 32 hours/week tbh

Yes I'm American 40 hours minimum and sometimes around this time of year they work us 50-60 hours a week. It is hard to find time to do stuff. But on the 40 hours week I get three days weekends. Work 10 hours a day 4 days a week

Sad how many trolls for a person wanting simple answers lol.

H&F is probably the last place to ask for advice tho. Half the forum doesn't even lift, and 90% don't even look good :/

If you're working 40 hrs/week 4x10 is the best way to go by a long shot. 3 days off is awesome.

60hrs a week blows but I've worked 14 hr shifts an hr from home before. 16 1/2 or 17 hr days when it's all said and done is literally the fucking worst thing ever

I hope you're getting OT for that extra time working. There is more to life than work

masturbate ferociously

Yeah, gotta make it a complete session though.

Take yourself out to a candle light dinner, treat yourself with a solid carbohydrates and a protein filled meal.

After that invite yourself over to your own place and set the mood with some soothing jax music on the background.

Undress yourself slowly while whispering sweet nothings.

Then masturbate ferociously like a rabid dog
