No there's not.
I stopped consuming all animal products and oils.
Went on elimination diet for 12 days and started adding vegan foods to see if anything causes me to flare up.
I don't take anything else, except for iron supplement and b12.
On occasion i have buttery popcorn at the theatre, and giess whay, the next few days I'm flared up...
So no, the only explanation is that it works for inflammation type illnesses and no meat eater wants to admit it. Just how i was in denial about it all my first few months of finding out i had RA
Furthermore, there is nothing beneficial about being on a 'normal diet' that i can not get through being vegan. (That there isn't a supplement for, like b12)
As a matter of fact, there is more protein per calories in most legumes than there is on meat. (For people that want more protein in their diet)
