Great work :)

Even your feet changed a lot.

My question is: have you run into any people who haven't seen you in a while and couldn't even recognize you post-transformation?

I work with people who want to change their lives all the time (personal training & life coaching), and I never get tired of seeing people work extremely hard to improve on the inside & the outside. Awesome stuff! :) I am really happy that you not only didn't give up on yourself, but that you completely transformed yourself.

I do indeed! I also have people who see my picture from my work when I first started and just cant believe that was me haha.

Also always funny when the kids that bullied me in highschool message me on facebook asking for help to lose weight.

Just the guys that wanna tell me how much more they touch and go bench press than me, but say they dont squat or deadlift :P

my big 3 PRs are

Bench 295 (paused)
405 squat
520 deadlift

Really love powerlifting!

Dayummmm nice stats buddy. Hopefully I'll be there one day. Powerlifting sounds great but I'd be happy right now not being fat. Bwuahahahaha.
