Just eat 200-300 above maintenance add cardio if you are scared and do what everyone else has been saying in terms of be exercises until u get access to gym

6'1 and 152 pounds.. You dont need to lose weight. You need to workout and build muscle mass for your abs to nicely show. You should weigh 175-180 with height like that.

Stay away from fast food and processed junk, soda, sugar. Absolutely no sugar.

Focus on veggies, fruits, meats, yogurt, nuts, greens, fish.

For workouts I would do 5 days a week. Each day workout a combination of 2 different body parts. For example. Biceps Triceps one day the next day Shoulders and lower back.

I would do super sets if I were you. For each different lift I would do 3 sets 10-12 reps each.

Take a Fish oil pill daily along with a multi vitamin. Preferably after a decent breakfast meal.

Also 100% gold standard whey with either water or milk whichever you prefer.

Tbh I want to start and get rid of my love handles but dunno how to do that..
I don't want to gain more muscle I simply want to loose body fat as you can see I've got quite a bit of it on my belly.. no?

gaining muscle burns more fat. its an easy solution lol.

It's very simple
1.Cardio
2.Calories you intake need to be less than calories you burn.

And the most important of all, the FAT you eat is the FAT you wear.

3.Don't eat fat. Hell, you can even go Vegan for 1 month and lose a shit ton of body fat

m9 when i stand up I have shredded abs, and obliques. I look like I'm sub 10% bf. I'm 6'1" 176-180lbs when I sit down my stomach sticks out more than my tiny pecs do. and my abs are barely visible.

In reality i'm probably 13-14% bf tho. you definitely need to gain weight at 6'1" 152lbs. Girls don't give a fuk about abs. as long as your stomach is flat you'll be fine.
