Now that you mention it, two weeks ago I noticed I had black stool (my poop was jet black). Apparently you get black poop from eating too much red meat. I swapped my daily dosage of 300g beef with 400g chicken fillet and voila. poop back to normal.
Now I shifted back to eating beef everyday though
