Now that you mention it, two weeks ago I noticed I had black stool (my poop was jet black). Apparently you get black poop from eating too much red meat. I swapped my daily dosage of 300g beef with 400g chicken fillet and voila. poop back to normal.

Now I shifted back to eating beef everyday though

Eating that much meat in general is bad for you in the long term. Enjoy feeding dat heart disease and cholesterol.

300g of meat in a day isn't that much for a 200lb guy is it?

I know loads of people who eat meat 3-4 times day which totals well above 300g.

Not mention these strongmen on 15,000kcals that eat almost a kilogram of meat each meal :lol:

except thats prob not healthy for your intestines.

I know, I was just using an example of how people eat WAY more meat.

I don't think 300g of meat per day is a lot at all. obviously only eating beef every single day turned my shit into inky black shit, but alternating every two weeks or so with chicken should do the trick. (helped me so far)

full stats


6 ft / 200lbs / 5.3% bf @ fat caliper.

29" waist / 44" chest / 17.5" arms / 26" quads / 17" calves


But clearly I'd be in much better shape if I ate like a normal person :)
