Get after it Mike! I haven't been into lifting for the past 3 years or so due to injuries. In about a month when I finish renovations on my new house I'll be bangin the weights in my garage. So if you keep to it, I'll post white belt progress pics

You are a strange man but good luck. Depression is a hell of a thing to beat and I'd be interested to see where you'd be at today had you never stopped lifting and continued to train like you did. Best of luck on your endeavor

Early colorectal cancer can be cured effectively with surgery in most cases. It is relatively slow growing

Yea I got lucky. Got the surgery and 6 months later there was no sign of anything growing back.

I was still kinda freaked out tho.

Well I was forced to stop training due to a severe injury and that's what lead me to depression. Wasn't the other way around. I wish I coulda kept training the way I used to. I feel so sloppy and weak and slow now compared to before.

training is the stimulus for life mike. the mental health epidemic in this world exists partially if not mostly because people are sedentary and inactive. gotta keep moving to stay alive bro, i miss you on league

Haven't played league since season 4 ended. It turned into such a shit game. I've been hooked on path of exile tho.

Damn man... I didn't know you got colon cancer. Hope everything is alright with that.

I put on hella weight this past year with my schooling, so we're in the same boat.

Hope stuff goes well for you going forward.

Well unlike D3, PoE is not a casual game. There is a lot of things that you need to learn. A new league started Friday night so you should hop on that and learn the ropes so that you know what you're doing during the next league. The first few days of a league have great payouts. Overall the game is complex, has tons of late game and is super fun once you understand what the fuck you're doing.

Training is too hard.
Eating pizza too easy.
The struggle is real.
