Damn man. I feel like all this new age feminism and rape charges in media has made women feel more confident about lying about being raped. Maybe it's the fact I don't know crazy guys who rape women? Just seems like chicks can get drunk, have sex, wake up, see the ugly ass dude, immediately regret it, claim they were raped and courts are in their favor. I see tons of girls I know sharing the Stanford Swimmer Rapist story and allude to the possibility of them being raped in highschool or college, but not knowing that it was "rape" at the time. Like "yes I consented to sex, but I was drunk and he should have known I was not in the right state of mind to know if I wanted to bang or not -- thus, he raped me."

Anyone?

Cast off last Wednesday. The doctor said it was an amazing recovery and no splint needed. I'm not meant to touch weights with my hand for another 3 weeks....so naturally I went and did a light back session with some grip work.

Feels so good to be back, never take it for granted homies

Depends on the equipment you got at your gym. Some machines don't necessarily have to involve the hands for upper body movements. Otherwise there's always those things you wrap around your arms just above the elbow and you can do a bunch of movements with those. They attach to power racks. Chest, back, shoulders, etc.
