You do not need to cycle Creatine, you also don't need to load it.


i know you dont have to cycle creatine or load it but theres different method to approach creatine i personally recommand protein only and fishoil cla etc but thats my own approach. i try to stay as natural as possible

and yes aube knows more than me and the new guy no doubt haha
