food: so i ate a chicken cheese steak wrap for lunch with buffalo sauce and blu cheese, a monster energy drink and a shit ton of coffee.. about to go have chicken pot-pie for dinner now.
question: my abs only hurt a little bit from yesterday so my question is should/could i do abs again tonight? did i not do enough exercises yesterday if they don't hurt today? i feel my stomach is pretty strong already so if anyone can recommend some "advanced" ab exercises i can do at home? my lower stomach is my main focus

so i'm thinking i'm gonna list my diet, exercise, and any questions i think of on a daily basis to keep track of what i'm doing. I've been reading other threads and it seems this sub forum is filled with a lot of knowledge so i'm hoping to learn as i go

used one this morning.. granted i didn't have a pad to put under my knees and it was on a hard floor but that things tough. i don't know if i just favor my left side, but my left side seems like it got a lot more of a work out.
