Why would it not be?
It just means you are able to replicate the same form on basically any % of your max.
Look at how many toplifters that have great speed when performing max attempts.

That's not always true. There are some lifters that move 1RM's as if they were 3-5 RM's.

u drop it to attract attention

also to save energy if lifting heavy is the goal

if doing bb, its better to go slow both ways, u wont hurt ur back more lowering it than lifting it if form is good

In my opinion,

They drop it so they do not have to finish the rep to not gain mass.

Not because they are lazy or want attention.. They just don't want to be huge in that area but to just be strong as fuck.

The prime mover isn't performing maximally if a movement is done at high velocity. It's a fact of muscle physiology. If a movement is performed quickly you can squeeze more torque out
