If you really need something intra-workout then do a 50/50 gatorade/water mix.
Don't waste your money and buy amino powder.
Protein powder, creatine, and a caffeine/pre-workout supplement is all you need. Multi vitamins are good if you have a shitty diet.

Amino powder is pretty cheap though. 60 bucks and its lasted me a year

GI functions are suppressed during exercise, little if any digestion or nutrient absorption occurs, if anything water intake is the most optimal during strenuous work
