the whole thing broke off from the plastic base.. it was one of the half inch ones 32 gauge. i think it did stay in the same spot for a few days cuz i could feel it everytime i bent my arm it would stab me.. but then one morning i woke up and didnt feel anything so i think it shifted or something.. who knows.. im gonna try to get a xray before to long.

dont get an MRI, magnets and metal in the body are not good. just saying to remember that u may have metal in you, if u ever do need an MRI

Friday is my off day... wed/fri i have to work long hours so i cant lift. oh and every other sunday.

3/19/16 LEG DAY!! woot woot

Squats
2 sets 50 lb dumbbell squat warmup
1 set 135 barbell squat - 10 reps
1 set 185 barbell squat - 10 reps
1 set 205 barbell squat - 8 reps
1 set 225 barbell squat - 5 reps
1 set 185 barbell squat 10 reps
1 set 135 barbell squat 12

Side note - Anything past 185 i cant complete the full range of motion (ass to the grass) I think its because ive neglected legs but im trying to fix it now. Im just above parallel though.

Dead Lift with Trap Bar
135 - 10 reps
2 sets 185 - 10 reps
2 sets 205 - 8 reps
didnt more up after this beacuse my neck/back is still bothering me.

Leg Press

2 sets 225 - 10 reps
1 set 275 - 8 reps

Decided to throw some bench in there cuz why the fuck not..

5 sets 185 - 10 reps.

I might do 5x5 on bench 1 day for strength and then train for mass the other day.. cuz im gonna be doing chest twice a week hopefully. lmk what you guys think.

3.20.16 It was supposed to be arm day but i decided to do some shoulders in the beginning and before i knew it id been there for a hour.

Shoulders

OHP DP press standing
2 sets 35's warmup
1 set 55's - 12
1 set 65's - 8

OHP Barbell Press standing
5 sets 115 - 12/12/10/9/8
3 sets 95 - 15/15/12

Front raises
5 sets 1 plate - 12 reps

Cable Lat Raises
all sets for 10... 40lbs/30lbs/25lbs/20lbs

Bent over DB raises
3 sets 40's - 10

Traps

Barbell shrugs on the smith machine
1 set 135 for 15 warmup
3 sets 225 -10

Face Pulls
2 sets 120lbs - 10

Farmer walks
2 sets 80 lb DB's - Held for 1 minute with 20 shrugs at the end.

I have a pull up bar in my kitchen im gonna start doing anywhere from 3-10 sets a day i can do 12 strict form pull ups right now. I also have a treadmill in my kitchen i think im going to start doing 20 mins of light cardio a day.

Update on legs.. they hurt I need to grab the wall for support when I sit down to shit.
