I heard ab wheel is good for strength but better to work on overloading your abs. Actually heard OHP requires a very tight core so I wouldn't say it's all bs. After I do OHP (lightweight af) I feel it more on my back mainly because I'm just being a bitch. I'll try to focus on centering the weight to allow more core engagement.


Deadlift fucking failed. 275 was SLOW as a fucker and my lower back started rounding out and shit. My brain't couldn't comprehend it. Im gonna hold off on going for PR every week.. gonna hit basics again and do 5x5 at 225 until it gets fast af and my back is stiffer than dick


Might start cutting a bit... clothes feel a bit tight and I can feel some flubbed move when I talk.


Edit..Idk why im.positing this haha. Worst lifter in the world right here. Weak af

Did some OHP 85lb 5x5 felt too smooth. Did 40lb dumbass raises went by so easily so I did a 4th set for 15 reps.
No idea what's going on but my shoulders are feeling strong as fuck

Front skwaaats 115lb 5x5 which felt great.

I'm done with deadlifts haha. Gonna make OHP bench fskwaat my big lifts.


Gonna start slowly cutting back calories while getting stronger. I'll see how it goes. Have started adding core workouts now.

158 lb after eating.

Are you sure you are doing your raises with good, controlled form?

being lean is cool, but filling shirts is cool aswell B) Try putting some muscle 152lb is not a lot for a 5'9 guy..

Looks like a lot of volume and workload too, which is fine but 2600 calories seems quite low to put on the size and strength you desire. Then again I'm a skinny fucker that needs over 3000 to put on an ounce, it's entirely possible your body needs less calories.


2600 calories is low for someone who is on the shorter side and weighs 155lbs? I could gain weight at 3000 kcal and I'm 40 lbs heavier
