Do you guys think ab wheel 3x a week and all my OHP's ect ect standing is enough for my core? Mike rashid says he never trains abs and only does his shit standing and hes got bricks in his stomach.
I heard ab wheel is good for strength but better to work on overloading your abs. Actually heard OHP requires a very tight core so I wouldn't say it's all bs. After I do OHP (lightweight af) I feel it more on my back mainly because I'm just being a bitch. I'll try to focus on centering the weight to allow more core engagement.
Deadlift fucking failed. 275 was SLOW as a fucker and my lower back started rounding out and shit. My brain't couldn't comprehend it. Im gonna hold off on going for PR every week.. gonna hit basics again and do 5x5 at 225 until it gets fast af and my back is stiffer than dick
Might start cutting a bit... clothes feel a bit tight and I can feel some flubbed move when I talk.
