The thing is you don't need your body to be fully recovered to train again. I don't know why anyone would think it's the case.

my "days off" i do cardio and abs... so i technically train every day and lift weights 4 times a week, works for me

Same. Like 2 or 3 days of the week is just cardio/abs

yea thats sorta not really training high intensity or volume

depends on cardio work how intense and length etc... but for the most part its better than doing what OP does.....

5-6 days a week for me

if you have the energy to do 2 a days go ahead, but you should definitely take some time to rest

my job is very active as well so maybe if i had a stationary job id go every day
