It's simple people want it easy so if it's hard they would rather call it shaming instead and working for these ''unrealistic'' goals.

I lol at this Fat acceptance bullshit. No such thing as healthy obese persons. I'd rather teach my athletes/students how unhealthy these lifestyle can be and motivate than tell them it's ok to be fat.

cmburns thinks u can be healthy obese. it seems. maybe im taking the words wrong, but from what he posted he seems to think so lol....

Couldnt help but notice that this thread is pretty sexist. In my limited view of the world I have seen just as many of not more fat guys than girls

I don't know the percentages but i haven't seen many fat man go into denial about the impact of obesity on health whereas with feminists their is a movement in place embracing their obesity as perfectly healthy

I would take fish oils while you are cutting.

Whether placebo or not, the combination of lifting and or doing cardio while at a calorie deficiency to cut will probably be stressful on your joints/recovery times.

Stallone has a history of HGH / steroids usage. Even for his early Rocky / Rambo movies he used.

But I like his movies and sure, having a body like that is an amazing feat at his age.

His post there is quite literally aimed at the discussion of if your average strongman was "fat" or not. Where the fuck are you two drawing these conclusions? lol

How come nobody has mentioned the fact that women think lifting a weight will make them look like Dana Linn Bailey? Seriously how many times have you heard a female say they would lift but they don't want to 'get too big'? Bitch I've worked out on and off for 18 months with probably 10x the natural testosterone levels you have and I wouldn't consider myself particularly muscular. The fitness industry has inadvertently caused this false perception through the promotion of fake natties and the bullshit advice that follows on - you know the 'just eat clean and train hard and you can look like me'. A lot of men can see through it but the point is that women without much knowledge of steroids (so the vast majority) are fooled.

Maybe if there was a campaign to spread awareness of the aforementioned bullshit you'd find more women lifting weights; thus burning calories, speeding up their metabolism and increasing their overall health. Guys don't have the same problem because being muscular is a generally attractive trait in a male whereas it is at best ambiguous to be a muscular woman. And by that I'm not talking about having a huge ass from squatting (generally seen as attractive), because while that physique is much more achievable than one like Dana Linn Bailey's, it is irrelevant because many women think lifting would result in the shredded ifbb physique.
