It's no more absurd than some of the claims the OP is making. I'm not saying a well balanced diet isn't healthy but when you're talking about not eating cucumbers or celery or w/e cuz ur body temp. and not drinking cold water because it shortens your life it's beyond tinfoil hat.

i'm still learning so i don't know everything about this stuff but this is just what i know. maybe this post will inspire you guys into furthering your interests in optimal health, fitness, and performance. you have trillions of cells in your body. consuming the right things will improve the function of those cells thus improving all aspects of your life.



yeah try to get organic just to be sure.
