Then keep up the good work! I think it's pretty normal to want to keep gaining or at least changing.

It's partly our insecurity, but it's partly our desire to improve, too. The point is to make change happen when you feel you need it, so gz on the gains :)

I need all the motivation i can get so keep em coming :)

I lost 50lbs ish since Feb and sorta hit a lazy wall :( I have man flu atm so its even worse lol
