Doesn't really work like that for me, just my old goals that I've hit are no longer what I want, and I didn't think I'd ever want to be bigger than I am right now, but now I've got new goals and I'm sure once I hit those ill still want to be even bigger.
E/ thing is though I almost never need to cut, put on 8-9kg this past 3 months and still look like I'm under 12%
Then keep up the good work! I think it's pretty normal to want to keep gaining or at least changing.
It's partly our insecurity, but it's partly our desire to improve, too. The point is to make change happen when you feel you need it, so gz on the gains
