i can understand why people buy protein powder
i can somewhat understand why people buy mass gainers, but not really. its ALOT easier to just eat food and shit than to get protein specifically
of course all can be done with basic meal plan, but mass gainers sort of sketch me out, i dont wanna eat all those macros just from powder lol
Depends on their job. If someone is on their feet for 8-12 hours straight without a break or a very short break then taking a mass gainer is great. Makes you feel pretty full to hold you over until you can eat after work. It's also good for people who have trouble eating enough calories to be in a surplus.

true its food, but just sayin it sketches me out, to replace a whole meal with powder idk
part of a meal sure i guess if u need to
but also no offense, but no legal supplement will make ur muscles feel full and look bigger other than creatine maybe, and thats water, key word legal
That could just be due to the high carbs refilling his glycogen stores which makes him feel "full".
