just copy pasta from google

"Corn, peas, parsnips, potatoes, pumpkin, squash, zucchini and yams are all examples of starchy vegetables. Non-starchy vegetables are typically flowering parts of the plant. Lettuce, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes are all considered non-starchy vegetables."

so i listed starchy veggies

is calories in < calories out while working out sufficient to cut down on body fat or do i really need to drop rice, bread, pasta, etc. ? cutting these things out seems pretty damn hard

hey bud. my best recommendation is trying to avoid any foods that will amount to 3g of saturated fats or more. i stay away from those as best i could
