I... guess?

I mean, I'll concede that once you have the macros for your gallon, you just plug that in every day, on top of everything else.

Though, I suspect that the people that *actually* track macros are a bit more diligent, and wouldn't need to just chug milk e'rry day. Just the way I see it.

Yeah but when somebody says creatine and whey to bulk, you can hardly expect them to be counting macros lol.

No point in that, you get so much fluid for such a little amount of macros. You're gonna be bloated all the time and drinking all that milk becomes a chore. The fats are saturated so theyre not very desireable.

Better just get the protein from whey and fill the rest of the caloric intake with cheap carbs or fats. The latter you can choose to be unsaturated, so it gets healthier. It would probably hurt your wallet less, too.

skim milk still has calories

has much less fat

I s'pose it helps if you're not sensitive to milk. =p

If I tried to put down a gallon inside of a day, I'd be evacuating all dem gainz on the throne constantly...

lactaid or other lactose free milk

but it costs quite a bit more than normal milk

As far as I'm aware, there's no such thing as lactose free cows milk, unless there's some cheap process to remove sugar then they add other sugar back later. Instead, it's much easier to add lactase to the milk. They cost about 18$ for 180 pills, so might be cheaper to buy the pills than the milk if money is a concern. I am curious what ratio they use.

what i meant yeah

but most people dont call it lactase added milk or whatever lol....

but for the pills ive never tried them

but id assume timing the pills is important and if u mess up, well ur gonna mess up ur pants too

and 1 pill might be good for 1 cup of milk but what if u drink it throughout the whole day, keep popping pills? be difficult

This exactly. Pills are so messed...you'll never know if you're taking enough to nullify the lactose in whatever you're consuming.

While your all in this thread

They couldnt find my stone when going to the shock therapy. So either i pissed it out, or he said it could be Uric Acid stone which wont show on x ray.

Seeing him on Monday again, gonna go for CT scan.

But regardless, iv read Apple Cider VInegar can be beneficial to kidneys, so iv been tkaing 1 tbsp at morning and at night with 8oz of water

am i gonna die because of this

nah uric acid stone can't show up on xray because xrays don't read anything that's not really calcified (bone), they shoulda done an ultrasound instead

if ur feeling any radiating pain around your back/abdomen area then it's probably still there

A couple months of gomad can cause hypercalcemia/calcified stones?

idk m9 my dad's only kidney stone was a result of drinking too much milk as a kid. maybe not over a couple months but if thats something you're committing to over a year or more, maybe. probably also depends on the rest of his lifestyle, ph of urine influences mineral precipitation doesnt it? i love milk i drink a lot too, probably 2-3 cups a day when i have the cash flow for it but 4 liters a day? thats a lot
