Kind of bullshit... When I bulk I can have a 6 pack still all year around eating 4500 calls even from pizza an whatever I want... But for 2 years every other day after initial workout I'd tear them up.... People who say squats and deadlifts will build your abs are kind of retarded they won't

Some people got fast metabolism depends of your bodytype etc

If you workout your abs
You will have nicer abs than if you didnt work them.

Good diet and a few ab exercises is recommended.

Diet cardio exercises just strengthen abs and could increase there size yer
