spend half an afternoon one day a week making your meals for the week. put each days food in containers and freeze it. Pull it out of the freezer in the morning (or night before or whatever works) so it's thawed and can be reheated.

Reheated chicken breast is AWEFUL.
Seriously all you need to do for chicken is:
- Put your spice mix (if you make it yourself) in a bunch of tiny containers
- then when you're ready to eat it, mix spices with olive oil, cover chicken in the sauce
- cook chicken in oven for 20 minutes
like 30 minutes effort max to get fresh chicken breast
Can also cook rice in rice cooker hours before you are ready to eat it...fresh rice on the daily
