i see some huge guys at the gym, but their rep form is so sloppy. I've always been told to do slow reps and make mind/body connection etc.. but these guys on the other hand do 10 reps in like 2 seconds lol it looks disgusting
Put 5 years of shit lifting in with way too many chest/arm days and you are bound to see results.

Or this. It's kind of surprising how many people do them. I found out that 10-15 kids from my graduating class of 160 did them. One even got cut from the marines for using them LOL
