Aube how come online stuff says 3x a week. Do you do 2 or 3 times??

What online stuff? You can design your programming to fit your needs. He probably don't need that much volume yet so He'll progress just fine for some time on a twice a week template than he's gonna increase the frequency to drive the progress even further.

I went from 2x a week to 2.5x a week (5/2w) and now its 3.
