injured myself last spring, and since then 3 more times trying to relearn to squat, huge mental block especially on the first rep, i cant get anything to feel stable when the weight gets heavier, if i just try to force myself to squat i reaggravate my lower left lumbar portion of my back and i wont be able to squat again for like 3-4 weeks, some days the mental block is so bad i cant even squat, its a huge frustration
