Most chicks who are slim are about 20-22% bodyfat.

Post a picture of you and I'll estimate your bodyfat.

Yeah that's what I thought. You have some fat over your abs that prevents them to be visible so your best guess would be to eat well in a slight caloric deficit and do some sort of resistance training. If you don't train you'd have to lose more weight but you are already pretty light so unless you want to weight 140 go with my advices.

Weight training or bodyweight training just pick something that will make your whole body work. Something you can plan on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis and where you can measure progress (Volume/intensity). A physical job is not enough.

Swim more? Why not
Working on your diet? Sure
leg raises? wont hurt but it's still not working your full body which I think is more important than just abs.

might be a good idea to mention that the first time i got an xray on my right ankle the doctor counted 22 fracture lines and had me get a mri which showed that the muscle is torn
tennis arm in my right arm from pitching 9inning games for 5 years
and my left foot has always been my bad foot
thats why i try hard to avoid any weight trainning

as a general rule, if it hurts, dont do it, but working out will definitely improve your general health and appearance

also you keep saying you'll look like hulk, is there a reason you fear getting more muscular? to look even remotely close to a bodybuilder takes years of training, dieting and dedication, it wont happen overnight without you noticing
