does it matter? its a good way to reduce your carbs

both of them are a form of energy anyway

Shouldn't it? What's the point of hitting your macros if your macros aren't correct, might asqell just hit.8g of protein then eat whatever till 3617 kcals cuz all source of energy

If you drink an healthy amount of water a day, your sodium and potassium levels should be fine. Leave the bananas alone, they shouldn't be enough to cause that.

I'm @ 550 carbs/day and like 200-250 sugar, 60+ fibre

Most of my other sources of carbs also come from maltodextrin , corn flour, potatoes

Only slow carbs I eat are sometimes brown rice, and oatmeal

Diabetes risk? Nearly all sugar comes from fruit, nothing low GI that has low fibre as well :(

I follow a similar diet and have no problem so far :)
