Most of my other sources of carbs also come from maltodextrin , corn flour, potatoes
Only slow carbs I eat are sometimes brown rice, and oatmeal
Diabetes risk? Nearly all sugar comes from fruit, nothing low GI that has low fibre as well :(
I follow a similar diet and have no problem so far
