your eating to much bad fat and by the looks of it lacking on the protein, and little protein you do eat is mostly from some junk powder.
each meal should be Lean protein source, carb source, healthy fats and vegetables/fruit to give minerals/vitamins.
for example:
meal 1: whole eggs, oatmeal, banana/strawberries
meal 2: Chicken breast, rice, broccoli, coconut oil
meal 3: lean Steak, potatoes, Spinach
etc etc
