Gym update:
Finally got the damn mat mostly smell free. I left it out in the rain for about 4-5 days, on either side, let the sun bake it, on both sides, then cleaned it with a sanitizer agent and a mop, and hosed it off. Rolled it up and managed to get it down to my work area.
You can see the old mat in front of it. (Puzzle style foam).

Rack is delayed... Again. :(

your eating to much bad fat and by the looks of it lacking on the protein, and little protein you do eat is mostly from some junk powder.

each meal should be Lean protein source, carb source, healthy fats and vegetables/fruit to give minerals/vitamins.

for example:

meal 1: whole eggs, oatmeal, banana/strawberries

meal 2: Chicken breast, rice, broccoli, coconut oil

meal 3: lean Steak, potatoes, Spinach

etc etc

Heres an update of nothing:

I've been incredibly sick. Unable to work. Unable to make it down the damn stairs to even lift. Rack still isn't finished. I'm pretty sure I've lost several lbs of water and muscle weight.

10:00 awake

11:30am Breakfast:2 cups vector cereal with 475 ml chocolate milk
2:00: creamy chocolate chill from Tim Hortons.
3:30 pm: 2 chicken breast in whole wheat wraps with handful each of onion mushroom green pepper hot pepper, splash of franks.
Between 7:30 and 10:00 dinner, 1 cup white rice. Same veggies as above
Workout at 11/12/1 ish. Followed by protein shake 45g.
