n, you need to overcome the mental block. It doesn't matter how many times you start, you just have to start. 5x5 6 times per week is the same # of starts as 3x10 6 times a week. Just do it for a week or two and you'll have no mental block starting afteryou get back to body weight at an increase of 10 pounds per week. It's oging to be slow as fuck but it'll get you there if you stick to it.
kk, i'll start this tomorrow, 5x5 is more starts though, I only have problems the first rep of every set, if you suggest 3x10 I'll do that though.
