As others have said, do your research so you know what you're getting into. The fact of the matter EC does multiple things while in the system and has many affects depending on usuage.
With that being said, don't believe everything you read on it, and make sure to realize that everyone's body reacts differently.
If you do start a stack start slow, with around 8mg ephedrine, once you've gotten used to that you can bump it up to 16-24g two-three times daily for a decent amount of time.
There are plenty of people who say they take EC year round (not sure if real tea, and if so can't imagine the damage they're doing to their bodies) and others like me who cycle it when they need to cut during summer.
In my experience the only shitty part about EC is the burn out. About 4-5 hours after a stack you'll start to feel really tired, it will eventually ware off over time or if you take another stack. This is usually the case for a few days after your cycle as well, just less energy overall compared to when taking.
I've heard of many people having problems sleeping up to 8+ hours after a stack, so keep that in mind with dosage times.
As mentioned you really just need to figure out how exactly it affects you and if you feel you're benefiting from its usage.
Appreciate the help, I actually react extremely well with stims judging by the way I'm on the 4th day of 25/200 and I'm getting no shakes what so ever. I'm actually thinking of bumping dosage up because it doesn't seem to last me all day anymore. I see that you say 24 3x a day.
Would that even be safe? I feel like I would handle it.
I'd probably bump up the 25/200 to 2x a day.
